Orlando Vacation Pt. 2 - Cocoa Beach

If you'll recall from way back when, we went to Orlando in June. We played at Magic Kingdom the first day. We spent our second day at Cocoa Beach and had a great time. The beach is so much more fun with children old enough to refrain from eating the sand. Wahoo! We made it, baby!

Okay, while this may look like a post-beach picture, I actually took it on the way there. That was one tired boy. Fortunately, he awoke refreshed and ready for some fun in the sun.

Ama and the girls were excited to be getting some beach time. Well, the girls were, anyway. The beach is not Ama's ideal vacation spot. To be honest, Florida in June is not her ideal vacation. Hummmm, I wonder what possessed her to join us...

Oh, right! Look at those smiling faces! How could she resist?

Daddy is a master castle-builder and he has the best help in the business.

Kathryn really got into body-boarding for the first time during this trip. She had a blast.


Juliana and Alexander preferred to ride the boogie board on land. Juliana tried it out in the water and was okay with it, but she preferred the sand...and the snacks.
