I was quite engrossed in a task recently, so much so that I completely ignored Alexanders insistent attempts to get my attention. It went a little something like this:

Me:
Alexander: Mommy.
Me:
Alexander: Mommyyyyy...mommyyyy...mommyyyy...
Me:
Alexander: Mommy Elizabeth Lee!
