Socks in Pots

I went to pick Alexander up to put him down for his nap and found his blanket sticking out from the kitchen cabinet. I opened the cabinet door, removed the blanket and this is what I saw:

Clearly, I've got it all wrong and this is where socks really should be housed. Make a note of it.
